IAG Announces David Croft as a Judge for 2025 IAG Academy IR Awards
David Croft, SVP Gaming Optimisation & Strategy at Tangam Systems, has been selected as a judge for the 2025 IAG Academy IR Awards. He is one of 60 judges who will provide their expertise to determine the recipients of 23 awards.
David Croft is a seasoned gaming industry expert and leading innovator with decades of experience in table games management, slots product and strategy, analytics, and business strategy. He has been instrumental in driving the adoption of Tangam’s Table Games Yield Management (TYM) and Slots Optimization & Data Analytics (SODA) software, helping operators in Asia Pacific maximize profitability and efficiency. Before joining Tangam, he held senior leadership roles in top-tier casinos, including The Star Sydney, spearheading initiatives to enhance game performance and player engagement.
