Maximizing Yield
The Maximizing Yield session was an industry-expert led panel that focused on how to maximize yield within the casino setting specifically using innovative technology.
The session started with a Blackjack example presented by Alidad Tash where he discussed table minimums and how it relates to hands per hour and the patron experience.
After discussion over data collection, RFIDs, video analytics, and how yielding is a crucial part of table game operations, Brad Waldron provided some insight into Crown Melbourne and some of the strategies they use interally to manage their table games.
