Introducing TYM 2016.3
Increased Level of Control for Table Pricing
Enhance your level of control with Scheduled Table Pricing, now available in the latest TYM release. This release now allows your analyst team to communicate planned table pricing changes to the operations staff, to proactively align table pricing to patron demand. Also included are improvements to the Recommendation KPI Trends Dashboard, more descriptive pricing recommendations, and more configuration options.
Full Control Over Pricing Strategy with Scheduled Table Pricing
With fluctuating demand across different areas and games, traditional communication tools make it challenging to convey granular pricing to the operations team. With Planned pricing, the analyst team now has the ability to plan table pricing, down the individual table and hour, and upload this schedule into TYM. The operations team will get new notifications on their dashboards to help ensure that this pricing strategy is maintained. For an in-depth review of sources of operational inefficiency, read our publication, "A Deeper Look at Table Spread Planning".
Recommendation KPI Trends
This dashboard now has a summary table that aggregates all the KPI's across multiple months, including additional reporting options to easily slice and filter data. It's also now printer friendly.
More Descriptive Pricing Recommendations and Configuration
In some dynamic pricing recommendations, there could be multiple resolutions on the segments to price-up or price-down. Pricing recommendations are now enhanced with suggestions on segments from which tables could be converted. This eliminates the guess work for operations staff and ensures optimized changes are made to the floor.Upgrade to 2016.3 - Contact your Account Manager for a demo or to upgrade to the latest version of TYM.
