How to Add Your Signature to Gmail

  1. Click the Copy Signature button above.
  2. Open Gmail.
  3. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Select See all settings.
  5. Scroll down to the Signature section.
  6. Click Create new and give your signature a name.
  7. Paste your copied signature into the signature editor.
  8. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
